• Supporting slow learners through remedial, tutorial classes and counseling.

Weaknesses

• Poor communication skills both verbal and non verbal among students.
• Deteriorating students strength in the course (Rural areas)
• Limited scope to introduce various add on courses (Financial)
• Majority of the students are coming from rural and economically poor

Opportunities

• More scope to use Modern techonolgy Aids in teaching learing programmes
• Communication and other skill development programmes for students
• To provide more training and counseling for students to become more employable 

Challenges

• More dropouts due to early marriages of girl students
• Attracting qualitative students because to more colleges in the town
• Accepting, Adopting and Updating the technologies relating to teaching and learning

Future Plans

• To conduct life skill development programme regularly after the class hours
• To conduct more number of syllabus oriented seminars and assignments from the students.
• To improve business lab with charts, models other relevant information.
• To train the students to get good jobs and opportunities (Carrier Guidance)
